Return Period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register a return. Once the return has been registered, the parcel must be handed in within 7 days. To begin the process, please click the START RETURN button at the bottom of this page.

All items must be returned unused. The original shoe box, dust bags, and all included accessories must be sent back. Please ensure that the shoe box is protected inside an outer carton. A return slip with your order number and contact details must be included inside the parcel.

Prepaid Return Labels (Sweden only)
We provide prepaid return labels for customers located in Sweden.
Returns within Sweden cost 100 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund. The label will be sent to your mail within 24 Hours after you've filled in the START RETURN form.

If you are returning an order from outside Sweden, please register your return through the START RETURN button as usual and you will recieve more information on your mail.

Returns from contries outside of EU
Please note that we do not accept returns from countries outside the European Union (EU). This policy ensures that our quality control and customs handling remain consistent and traceable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and approved. On the return slip, please specify the size or model you would like instead. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Times
Within Sweden: Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
Worldwide: For international destinations, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, feel free to contact us so we can explore possible solutions.

Shipping Confirmation
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Customs and Duties
Norway: No customs fees or import taxes.
Within the EU: No customs duties or import taxes.
Outside the EU: Customs charges, VAT, and import taxes may apply according to your local customs authority.

Additional Information
Orders containing two or more products may be shipped in separate packages.
Shipping times are estimates only and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.
Once an order has shipped, Luxentic is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs authorities.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Klarna, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Klarna Invoices
Your Klarna invoice will be sent as soon as your order has been shipped.

Refunds
All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Once we’ve received your return, processing can take up to 10 business days.
Please allow up to 14 days in total for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
