Refund policy

We aim to deliver the highest quality in both product and service. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return window: Luxentic offers a 14-calendar-day right of return from the date you receive your order. This right of return applies to orders within the European Union (EU).

Start your return: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our “Help” page and follow the step-by-step instructions. All requests must be created through the Help page so we can register your case, provide the correct return method, and issue a return authorization. Please do not send items back without initiating your request via the Help page.

Condition of returned items: To receive a full refund, items must be unused, with original packaging, tags, and any accessories included.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Luxentic.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrived damaged or there is any other issue with your order, you are always entitled to make a claim, regardless of your location. Please file your claim through the Help page with photos and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, contact us via the Help page as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped. Once processing has begun or the order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible - but you may still return the item in accordance with this policy.
A cancellation fee of 90 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and handling costs.
