Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luxentic website, online store, and any related content, features, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Luxentic, a brand owned and operated by Delin Capital AB, Organisation Number 559544-8134 (“Luxentic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.


1. Eligibility and Use of the Services

You must be at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Luxentic reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if misuse or abuse is suspected.


2. Products and Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Luxentic reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer or order

  • Discontinue or modify products at any time without notice

  • Update product descriptions, specifications, or images

Product images are illustrative only. Minor variations in appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.


3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by EU law, unless otherwise stated.

Luxentic reserves the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct typographical, technical, or system-related pricing errors

Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error (including technical malfunction or human error), Luxentic reserves the right to cancel the affected order, even after an order confirmation has been issued. Any payments made will be refunded in full. A price that clearly deviates from the product’s normal market value shall be considered an obvious error.


4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when Luxentic confirms and begins processing the order.

Luxentic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or system errors

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Failed or reversed payment authorization


5. Payment Methods and Processing

We offer secure payment processing through third-party providers, including but not limited to Shopify PaymentsKlarna, and major credit and debit card networks (such as Visa and Mastercard). Available payment methods may vary depending on location and are displayed at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Luxentic and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

Payment Authorization

All payments are subject to authorization by the payment provider. Luxentic reserves the right to cancel an order if payment authorization fails or is reversed.

No contract is formed until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.


Klarna Payments

If Klarna is selected, payment is subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy. Klarna may perform credit checks or eligibility assessments. Luxentic has no control over Klarna’s approval decisions.

Disputes related to Klarna’s payment plans or invoicing must be handled directly with Klarna, unless the issue concerns delivery or product defects under applicable law.


Payment Security

All card payments are processed using PCI-DSS compliant systems. Luxentic does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and authorized.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment is disputed or charged back without first contacting Luxentic, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or restrict future purchases

  • Provide transaction data to the payment provider

  • Recover costs incurred due to unjustified chargebacks, to the extent permitted by law


Currency and Exchange Rates

If your payment is processed in a different currency, exchange rates and conversion fees are determined by your bank or payment provider. Luxentic is not responsible for such differences or fees.


6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carriers or logistics partners

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside Luxentic’s control

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • European Union: No customs duties apply. VAT is handled according to EU regulations.

  • Norway: No customs duties apply; Norwegian VAT or local fees may apply.

  • Outside the EU and Norway:
    The customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and administrative fees.

Luxentic is not responsible for delays, costs, or refused shipments due to customs clearance.


8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, unless an exception applies.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. Luxentic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


10. Defective Products and Complaints

If a product is defective, you must notify Luxentic within a reasonable time.

In accordance with applicable law, Luxentic may choose to:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace it with an equivalent product

  • Issue a refund


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxentic shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profit, revenue, or data

  • Delays or failures caused by third parties or force majeure events

Luxentic’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.


12. Force Majeure

Luxentic shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions.


13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and design, is the property of Luxentic or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.


14. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by Luxentic’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.


15. Modifications to the Terms

Luxentic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue. If unresolved:

  • Consumers may submit complaints to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN)

  • EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform

Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
